If the Pokémon that Rocket's Energy GL is attached to also has a basic Energy card attached to it, that Pokémon's maximum HP is increased by 10. If the Pokémon Rocket's Energy GL is attached to is a Pokémon-ex, discard Rocket's Energy GL.
