At any time during your turn (before your attack), you may Knock Out Igglybuff and attach it to 1 of your Pokémon. If you do, that Pokémon has no Retreat cost. When the Pokémon Igglybuff is attached to is Knocked Out, discard Igglybuff. This power can't be used if Igglybuff is affected by a Special Condition.

If this Baby Pokémon is your Active Pokémon and your opponent tries to attack, your opponent flips a coin (before doing anything else required in order to use that attack). If tails, your opponent's turn ends without an attack.
