Rocket's Energy RF provides Energy. If the Pokémon that Rocket's Energy RF is attached to also has a Basic Energy card attached to it, that Pokémon has no Weakness. If the Pokémon that Rocket's Energy RF is attached to also has a Basic Energy card attached to it, damage done to that Pokémon's attacks isn't affected by Resistance. If the Pokémon Rocket's Energy RF is attached to is a Pokémon-ex, discard Rocket's Energy RF.
